Our FIRST LOOK At Fortnite SEASON 4!
From an entire season being leaked to new announcements, collabs, here is our first look at Fortnite season 4. The biggest news of the month is that we're looking at an upcoming gaming legends theme. We thought Epic were already going crazy with all the gaming item shop collabs, but it looks like they've been saving their biggest franchises for a battle pass and no one could have predicted what's in it. We're expecting to see some of the most famous franchises of all time with Kingdom Hearts, Mega Man, and Persona all rumored to be showing up.
Kingdom Hearts Collaboration
Disney has confirmed there will be a deep dive into the Kingdom Hearts franchise on August 14th, and it's pretty much a no-brainer that we'll learn more about it at this panel, especially when season 4 drops a week after this.
Mega Man and Persona Rumors
While the gaming legend season is actually season 4, there's some confusion about its length. One half of the rumors are pointing it to be a fully fledged months-long thing, while the other half believe it'll be our mini season at the end of the year and that season 4 itself is still a mystery right now.
John Wick and Spider-Man Collaborations
Epic is already working on brand new sprites that sound insane, like the mini John Wick who is of course based on the cell-shaded version in the battle pass right now. They're not just going to throw them in the loot pool and call it a day. It'll be a part of a John Wick themed update with more quests and cosmetics.
SpongeBob Collaboration
The leaks came out and told us what we're actually getting. Patrick is finally becoming a sidekick along with his own guitar, pickaxe, and jellyfishing net. And then here is where fans started getting worried. The rest of the collab is actually themed around someone who's already in Fortnite and that's Ice Spice.
Tom and Jerry Collaboration
These guys are finally coming to the game, and it feels like they would have worked way better in the rivalry season. You know, when we were getting like Bugs vs. Daffy, Zerg vs. Buzz, or Perry vs. Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Either this is meant to drop then and has been delayed until next season, or Fortnite thinks it'll fit better into whatever the next theme is.

I know I thought this was canceled like five times already, but we just keep getting new information, like how we recently found out that Mater won't just look like this. We all knew him and Lightning McQueen were coming to the game, but now we've learned Mater will have an alternate version based on his Tokyo design from Cars 2.

The question is, where does it bring us for Chapter 8? We got to get there somehow, and it looks like all of this will be revealed at D23.

Disney and Epic Games have confirmed they'll be making a big announcement at D23, and we believe it'll be related to the Disney extraction mode dropping later this year. New information's already come out revealing that this mode is scheduled to release in November, and it'll include NPCs, ballistic weapons, along with Star Wars items.
Simpsons Season
Fortnite's about to unvault a ton of iconic classics. Like the Nitro Fists, Shockwave Hammers, and Rocket Rams. They're even throwing in a bunch of exotics from the bug season.
